Booking Terms

These terms explain how table bookings work at Priory Park Cafe. Please read them before requesting a table.

Making a Booking

You can request a table by using the booking form on our website or by contacting us directly. When you send a booking request, you are asking us to reserve a table for you. A booking is not confirmed until we contact you to confirm it. If you do not hear from us, please get in touch to check that your table is reserved.

No Deposit

Booking a table at Priory Park Cafe is free. We do not take a deposit and there is no charge for making or holding a reservation.

Changing or Cancelling Your Booking

If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your booking, so that we can offer the table to other guests.

There is no cancellation charge. As a small cafe, we simply appreciate as much notice as possible so we can plan ahead.

If You Are Running Late

If you are running late for a booked table, please call us. We will do our best to hold your table, but if we have not heard from you we may release it after a reasonable time so that other guests can be seated.

Larger Groups

For larger groups, please contact us in advance so we can make sure we have suitable seating available. Let us know your group size when you make your request.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

If anyone in your party has a food allergy or dietary requirement, please tell us when you book and again when you arrive. You can read more on our Allergen Information page.
